<p>Born and raised in Northern Iowa where at a young age I was taught how to take and process black and white photos in my uncle's lab. Fast forward to 1980 when I made my way to the San Diego area for a change of employment. What an area for photography! I had kind of gotten away from it for a number of years, but the area really made me want to return. The ocean, desert, mountains, Mexico, I was blown away. Soon I was getting back into. I've enjoyed it ever since and welcomed the digital area.</p>
